Sorry, I am writing this in absolute hype, but my recent artwork got featured on the frontpage!

You may not see it, but my face is grinning like a child getting a large lego set for christmas.

This kind of stuff is really encouraging me to do more, even if it doesn't really mean anything outside of sentimentality itself.

For like the past 2 weeks or so i've been diving into blender and am building a scene of Britt's treehouse, while at that I "took" a quick "photo" of him with his dad, it will appear in a future render which i'm still working on!

Bruh, I was learning blender this past week and only now realised how big I made Barbaras breasts.

I am nerfing this shit right now LMAO

HI, UPDATE TIME :D

Just wanted to keep this going, I've done about 2/6s of the animatic for my "DRUMNYAK 1991" short film that is gonna be ready for my school project (because I found out I have MUCH, MUCH less time than I thought I had for this)

The finished product is still gonna be on here eventually, hopefully even this year.

Aaaaaaaaand for the meanwhile, I'm gonna give you some non-spoilery art I did for it and more!

I don't really have any voice actors on board yet, so everything's on subtitles only, for now...

But I may go after some on here when the animatic is done, my native language is kind of a priority right now. (awkward cough here).

UPDATE ON MY SHORT ANIMATED FILM:

Hey, I got a bit further along on my animated short film project and had even completed a logo for it!

It takes MUCH more time and work than I expected, and that's just for the animatic, but i'll keep you (which is mostly just myself) posted on the progress of the short's production.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SHORT:

The short will be about an alternative universe where a superhero named Drumnyak failed his people at 1991 barricades in Riga and how he deals with it's consequences to this day.

(PS: The main character of this short is not going to be the same character as depicted in my previous artwork featuring "Drumnyak" titled character, I know it's confusing lol, but it will make more sense in the future if everything works out for me.)

I drew Drumnyak, but didn't know how to render him, so just have the clean lineart -

Just wanted to tell you (probably just myself) on here that im making a short, to make myself even more accountable and actually finish it.

It will double as a school project that I have the whole year to complete.

It's gonna be my first real try of animating something of this scale, previously ever only did bouncing balls, running loops and simple pixel animations.

Not really gonna talk about what it is exactly about just yet, but it's basically a superhero short animated film.

The art featured is a snippet of the artstyle that is gonna be featured, it's pretty much the same as my regular cartoon artstyle. It isn't meant to look pretty just yet ofc.
